The Heart of Iowa Nature Trail (HOINT) is a multi-use recreational trail connecting seven communities along a 32-mile corridor in Story and Marshall counties in Iowa.    HOINT also links with the Central Iowa Trails network connecting users to dozens of communities, natural areas, and cultural sites in central Iowa. Improving the pedestrian and cyclist experience was an important goal of the Ranshaw Way Phase 5 roadway reconstruction project in the City of North Liberty, IA. The pedestrian tunnel promotes connectivity to the city trail networks and encourages passive recreation.
