The IT Sector Partnership is a non-profit partnership (affiliated to Ivy Tech Community College) between the employers, education providers, non-profits, regional chambers, and EDCs, that focuses on the workforce needs of the technology industry in the South Bend - Elkhart region. The goal is to identify and fulfill the need for tech talent in our region through tech training, tech talent recruitment, tech resources, support services, workplace training, work-based learning, career services, and community engagement.
