Event Description: 22nd Annual Christmas in New Carlisle Craft Show and Lighted Christmas Parade. Craft show is from 11-4:30 p.m. at the fire station. Parade begins at 6 p.m. at Memorial Park with hot cocoa and cookies at the fire station after the parade
