unior Achievement (JA) is a nonprofit organization that helps young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the economy. JA's programs focus on three main areas: 

• Entrepreneurship: Students learn about entrepreneurship

• Financial literacy: Students tlearn about budgeting, investing, saving, and credit. 
• Work readiness: Students gain real-world experience of what it's like to have a career.
